CHINESE CHILLI PANEER
Shanghai in your own kitchen

Ingredients
· 1 cup paneer, cut into 1/2 inch thick strips(Shallow fry the paneer in oil)
· 4 tbsps oil for shallow frying the paneer
· ½ tbsp grated ginger
· 1tbsp crushed garlic
· 1/4 cup spring onions
· 1 tbsp chopped celery(optional)
· 2 green chillies slit length wise
· 2 green capsicum cut into thin strips
· 1 tbsp Asian Swing sauce
· 1 tsp green chilli sauce
· 1/2 tsp sugar(optional)
· 1.5 tbsp corn flour mixed with 3 tbsps of cold water
· 2 tsp oil
· Salt to taste
Method
· Heat the oil and add the ginger, garlic, celery, spring onions and green chillies and sauté over a high flame for about 2 minutes.
· Then add the capsicum and sauté for a minute
· Add the Asian Swing Sauce, Green chilli sauce, sugar, cornflour paste and salt and allow it to come to start bubbling.
· Toss in the shallow fried paneer and mix well
· Garnish with some more spring onions
· Chilli Paneer is Ready
