INDO-CHINESE FRIED FISH USING ASIAN SWING

Hindi chini bhai bhai!


Ingredients

· 1 inch ginger

· 8 pods garlic

· 6 green chillies

· 5 tbsps Asian Swing Sauce

· Salt to taste

· 1 bowl Rava

· 6 slices/pieces of pomfret or surmai

· 5 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Method

· Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies & Asian Swing Sauce to a smooth paste in the mixer.

· Use this paste to marinate the fish pieces. After marinating the fish, set aside for 1 hour(keep covered in the fridge)

· After an hour, coat the marinated fish in rava and shallow fry in oil

· Serve hot with wedges of lemon
