Quick & delicious Chilli Paneer

Restaurant style flavor in your own home kitchen

Ingredients
· Paneer 250 gms
· Cooking oil 1 tbsp to deep fry
· Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
· 2 ½ tbsps cornflour
· Capsicum 1 whole sliced length wise
· Pine-Zapple Sauce 2 tbsps
· Onions 1 sliced length wise
· Soya Sauce 1 tsp
· Salt as per taste
Method
Cut paneer into rectangles. Roll all the paneer rectangles in 2 tbsps of cornflour. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and fry the coated paneer till golden brown. Remove and keep aside on a paper napkin
Mix the remaining ½ tablespoon cornflour in ¼ cup water and keep aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate wok. Add ginger garlic paste. Now add the onion and capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the Pine-Zapple sauce, soya sauce & salt as per taste and the cornflour mixed with water. When it starts to thicken, add the fried paneer and stir for 2 minutes more. Shut off the gas and serve.
Note
You can increase the quantity of pinezapple sauce as per taste.
