Sweet and sour Chicken wings

Ingredients
· 1 cup Canola oil
· 24 Chicken Wings
· 1 ½ cup Pine-Zapple sauce
· 2 tbsps soya sauce
· 30 gms butter
· 2 tbsps Vinegar
· 2 tbsps brown sugar
Method
Add half the chicken wings to the oil and fry them until they're golden brown and fully cooked, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the other half of the wing parts.
In a saucepan, heat the Pine-Zapple sauce and butter over medium-low heat. Add the vinegar and brown sugar. Let it bubble up, then turn off the heat. Place the wings in a wok and pour the sauce over the top. Toss to coat, and then return to the flame. Cook on low flame for 8-10 mins.
Serve with the fizzy drink of your choice.
