Tofu Cut into cubes 250 Gms
Green Capsicum cut into cubes 1/4 Cup
Red capsicum cut into cubes 1/4 Cup
Onions Cut into cubes 1/4 Cup
Spring Onions chopped 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies Crushed 1 Tsp
Garlic peeled & crushed 1 Tbsp
Sweet Chilly sauce 1 Tbsp
Light Soy Sauce 2 Tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 2 Tsp
Red chilly sauce 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour (mixed with half cup water) 2 Tsp
Sugar 1 Pinch
Vegetable oil 5 Tsp
Salt
For Coating Tofu
Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
Green Chilly sauce 2 Tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
