OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN & POTATOES

900 grm whole spatchcock chicken.
Season it with pepper.
Marinate it with “Saucy PineZapple”
Sprinkle mix dry herb.
Poke baby potatoes with fork & marinate with salt, pepper, Ginger garlic powder, olive oil & mix herbs.
Line baking tray with baking paper & place chicken & potatoes.
Preheat oven at 200 deg C.
Bake chicken & potatoes for 40 min at 200 deg C.
Keep basting with “Saucy PineZapple” every 10 min.
Your Dish is ready to serve.
